About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact across high-performing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The Paid Social Executive is part of the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team reporting into the Paid Social Manager. The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for delivering, optimising and reporting on all paid social campaigns, across the entire business portfolio.

As a Paid Social Executive you will;

  • Support the setup, execution, and ongoing optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
  • Build campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, creative uploads, and ad copy
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities and flagging any delivery or performance issues
  • Manage and optimise high-value budgets and media plans for partnerships activity
  • Assist with our small brand Print Subs activity, to support subscription growth
  • Implement A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and messaging, applying learnings to improve performance
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and insight
  • Own invoicing for all commercial paid social activity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain and update the monthly social spend sheet for commercial campaigns, sharing updates with senior stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for social platform representatives, attending regular meetings and leading platform updates, testing opportunities, and best-practice adoption
  • Keep up to date with platform developments, trends, and best practices, applying learnings to live campaigns
  • Stay organised and maintain clear campaign tracking and documentation processes

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience, or a relevant internship
  • A passion for digital marketing and social media
  • Experience of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Data-curious – comfortable working with numbers and learning how to analyse performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
